Overview

The Senior Data Analyst at TrustedHousesitters will be responsible for turning complex data into actionable insights to support product squads and influence business decisions.

• Generate insights on retention, churn, and member success.
• Translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
• Support the implementation of new features through accurate data capture.
• Be an expert in experimentation and support cross-squad testing strategies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in product or customer analytics.
• Advanced SQL skills; experience with dbt is a plus.
• Advanced understanding of statistics and experimentation.
• Experience with visualization and BI tools (Looker, Tableau).
• Excellent communication and data storytelling skills.
• Solid understanding of product lifecycles and customer metrics.
• Proactive and curious mindset.
• Ability to work autonomously.
