Overview

The Senior Data Analyst will lead the ingestion, modeling, and analysis of operational and experiential data, refining CX measurement frameworks, and producing clear, insight-driven artifacts that guide VA leadership and product teams.

Requirements

• Public Trust Clearance or higher.
• 6–8 years of experience in data analysis or CX measurement.
• Strong proficiency with enterprise analytics and survey platforms.
• Experience working within the VA data ecosystem.
• Knowledge of data modeling techniques.
• Familiarity with NLP and AI methods.
• Skilled at visual storytelling through dashboards.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
