• Provide Lease Administration Abstraction and Database Management services.
• Work independently and liaise with internal parties for lease documentation.
• Abstract critical information from leases into database systems.
• Verify and review System Reports and Data for accuracy.
• Prepare area, cost-schedule, and events variance reports.
• Assist with Database Report preparation and circulation.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external policies.
• Document business processes and train new team members.
• Meet agreed KPI’s for productivity and quality.
• Provide excellent service to internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• University Graduate with 1-3 years of Lease Abstraction expertise.
• Experience in real estate commercial lease abstractions.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage accurate data.
• Readiness to adapt and provide solutions for client needs.
• Self-motivated and a team player.
• Ability to work under tight operational deadlines.
• Interest in reading and strong comprehension skills.
