Data Management Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Data Management Analyst is responsible for implementing and updating data systems and databases to ensure accurate and secure data for business teams within Revenue Operations.

In Short

• Coordinate with IT, vendors, and business teams.
• Manage user accounts and permissions.
• Ensure data sources are accessible and refreshed regularly.
• Build data systems and models using technical skills.
• Lead training sessions for best practices in data visualization.
• Conduct user acceptance testing and maintain documentation.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders about project status.
• Problem-solve and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Utilize analytical tools such as SQL and Tableau.
• Support multiple databases and ensure data integrity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (STEM, Mathematics, etc.).
• 2 to 4 years of relevant experience; Master’s preferred.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience with SQL, Tableau, VBA, Python, Access.
• Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas simply.
• Experience in healthcare and/or revenue cycle preferred.
