Facilities Manager - Remote

Overview

The Facilities Manager will be the single point of contact responsible for facilities management, assisting the FM Lead and the Account Director with the delivery of quality facility management services.

• Supervise and direct the operations team for efficient facility management.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Accountable for financial performance related to operational facilities spending.
• Track trends and recommend action plans for below-standard performance.
• Ensure staff is trained in proper facility maintenance techniques.
• Create a safe work environment by adhering to safety policies.
• Maintain building systems and equipment compliance with regulations.
• Perform additional duties as requested.
• Manage vendor performance during operational hours.
• Collaborate with technical and administrative staff effectively.

Requirements

• 5+ years of facility management or related experience.
• Managerial experience with budget and personnel responsibilities.
• Strong organizational and management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CMMS/Work Order systems.
• College degree in a related field preferred.
• Relevant certifications like IFMA or CFM preferred.
• Experience with FDA / USDA regulatory audits preferred.
