Overview

The Facilities Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, maintenance, and overall management of leased office space, ensuring compliance with standards and client satisfaction.

In Short

  • Responsible for facilities management and client liaison.
  • Oversee daily operations and coordinate with property management.

  • Prepare and manage capital and expense budgets.

  • Manage vendor and contractor assignments.

  • Assist in the development of annual management plans.
  • Share best practices within the facilities management team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Facilities Management.
  • 5+ years of industry experience required.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office programs.
  • Experience with CMMS systems.
  • Ability to manage technical and administrative staff.
  • MBA is a plus.
