Overview

The Facilities Manager will oversee all aspects of facilities management, ensuring compliance with regulations and quality assurance while managing a team focused on operational excellence.

Requirements

• 5+ years of facility management, plant operations, or maintenance supervision experience.
• Managerial experience with budget and personnel responsibilities.
• Strong organizational skills in matrixed organizations.
• Proficient in MS Office and CMMS/Work Order systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Preferred: College degree in a related engineering field.
• Certifications like CHFM, CPMM, or CFM are a plus.
• Experience overseeing multiple facilities.
• Ability to make informed decisions based on procedures and policies.
• Strong presentation skills.
