Overview

Join JLL as a Bilingual Receptionist - Administrative Assistant, where you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service both in-person and over the phone, while supporting administrative tasks within the organization.

In Short

  • Provide timely and efficient customer service to clients and visitors.
  • Manage phone calls and messages appropriately.
  • Receive and direct visitors to the appropriate personnel.
  • Handle correspondence and documentation following company policies.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Work Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
  • Be part of a dynamic team at JLL.
  • Support the delivery of solutions to clients.
  • Contribute to a positive work environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Administration or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficient in office software and telephone systems.
  • Customer-focused attitude.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
