Overview

We are seeking a versatile and professional Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to provide support across multiple departments within our organization. This role is essential in ensuring smooth daily operations and delivering excellent service to both internal teams and external clients.

In Short

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff.
  • Maintain a professional and welcoming reception area.
  • Provide administrative assistance across departments.
  • Support the planning and execution of meetings and events.
  • Act as a liaison between departments.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or receptionist role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Resourceful in troubleshooting issues.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Positive and cooperative attitude.
