Overview

We are seeking Bilingual Administrative Assistants (Remote) to support our clients with various administrative tasks while working from home.

In Short

  • Manage and organize calendars, schedule appointments and meetings.
  • Handle email correspondence and manage information flow.
  • Maintain and update client databases and files.
  • Prepare reports, documents, and presentations as needed.
  • Conduct research and compile information to assist with various projects.
  • Assist with bookkeeping and expense tracking.
  • Provide general administrative support, including organizing travel arrangements.
  • Work Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5 pm EST.
  • Fluent written and spoken English (C1/C2) required.

Requirements

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in administrative roles preferred.
  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Dependable and trustworthy.
