Overview

We're seeking Bilingual Virtual Administrative Assistants (Remote) to support our clients with various administrative and customer service tasks.

In Short

  • Work remotely from Latin America.
  • Full-time position, Monday-Friday, 9 am - 5 pm EST.
  • Fluent written and spoken English (C1/C2) required.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as document creation and data entry.
  • Handle customer service tasks including answering emails and support tickets.
  • Assist with operations tasks based on client needs.
  • Manage scheduling and calendar tasks.
  • Bring a positive and energetic attitude to work.
  • Work in a supportive and dynamic environment.
  • Only resumes in English will be considered.

Requirements

  • Must reside in Venezuela, Colombia, Argentina, Ecuador, Peru, or Nicaragua.
  • Strong action bias and ability to get things done quickly.
  • High standards and attention to detail.
  • Dependable and trustworthy in completing tasks.
  • Positive and enthusiastic work attitude.
