Overview

As a Bilingual Administrative Assistant at Thyme Care, you will play a crucial role in supporting cancer patients and their care teams through effective communication and administrative tasks.

In Short

  • Handle inbound & outbound calls, text messages, secure emails, and faxes.
  • Provide administrative support by generating member reports and data entry.
  • Connect members to their Care Team.
  • Work remotely with eligibility for individuals throughout the United States.
  • Must have a year or more of telephonic support experience in healthcare or customer service.
  • Be comfortable with technology and new tools.
  • Organized and able to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Contribute to special projects and assist with day-to-day functions.
  • Foster a positive environment and culture within the team.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • Experience in telephonic support in a healthcare or customer service role.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Effective listening and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
  • Desire to learn new technologies.
  • Ability to prioritize member needs.
