Overview

The Africa Desk Lead at JLL is responsible for managing client interactions, project tracking, and market research to facilitate real estate transactions across Sub-Saharan Africa.

• Manage Africa maps and capabilities in real estate.
• Assist Global clients with property searches in Sub-Saharan Africa.
• Conduct quarterly meetings with Account Directors across EMEA.
• Gather and evaluate real estate market data.
• Ensure compliance with FICA documentation from clients.
• Build business development plans for SSA.
• Prepare reports and presentations for clients.
• Attend transaction calls with clients and partners.
• Understand lease negotiation processes.
• Maintain project and legal documentation.
