In Short

• Work as a Senior Backend or Full Stack Developer on the Internal Apps team.
• Build and maintain features for the Jane Account Management (JAM) application.
• Develop solutions to help serve customers and internal stakeholders.
• Lead the delivery of impactful features and resolve technical debt.
• Collaborate on large cross-team projects aligned with company goals.
• Implement service-oriented architecture and develop complex features.
• Coach and mentor junior developers.
• Adapt to learn new technologies and contribute across multiple domains.
• Work primarily with Ruby on Rails, with opportunities to learn other OOP languages.
• Infrastructure experience with AWS, Containerization, ECS, Kubernetes, and Docker is a plus.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or related STEM field with 6+ years of experience.
• Significant experience in leading technical design and delivering complex projects.
• Ability to coach and mentor junior developers.
• Proactive in identifying and addressing technical challenges.
• Adaptability to learn new technologies and a sense of ownership for deliverables.
• Experience with Ruby on Rails and other OOP languages is welcome.
• Infrastructure experience is a plus.
