Requirements

• 5+ years leading a team.
• Experience in talent and succession planning processes.

• Expertise in organizational development and change management.
• Proficient in talent management systems and Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Master's or Doctorate degree preferred.
• Professional services industry experience preferred.
• Strong emotional intelligence and relationship-building skills.
