Overview

This is a leadership role for sales professionals who are experienced in SaaS and passionate about working in a hyper-growth MarTech scale-up.

In Short

  • Train, coach, and lead a sales team to crush the numbers and foster a performance-driven culture
  • Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to identify, approach, and close key clients
  • Provide feedback to the team on market trends, unmet needs, and opportunities to deliver greater value to customers
  • Identify emerging opportunities and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
  • Continuously nurture current and prospective clients with helpful industry knowledge
  • Effectively manage the country’s pipeline to forecast & realize revenue
  • Get support from other teams such as Sales Enablement, Revenue Operations, Sales Engineering, Marketing

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of quota-carrying sales experience, ideally in SaaS, MarTech
  • At least 3 years of sales team management experience
  • Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles
  • Communication skills and collaborative mindset to build strong relationships with customers
  • Superior project and time management skills
  • Technical knowledge and a passion for solutions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
  • A university degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields
