Overview

Astronomer is seeking a Head of Sales Development to lead and scale our Sales Development team, focusing on pipeline generation and coaching high-performing SDRs.

  • Strong understanding of outbound sales strategies.
  • Experience with sales automation tools.
  • Data-driven mindset with sales funnel analysis experience.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
