In Short

• Building and leading a high-performing team.
• Support development teams and team leaders directly to help them achieve their goals and facilitate productivity.
• Collaborate with multiple functions within the organization, including Project, Product, and Operations.
• Oversee various processes within the development team.
• Report key development initiatives and metrics to the CTO and management.
• Define, set and monitor goals and objectives for the teams.
• Support and contribute to the architecture and development of the TMA products.
• Participate in FinOps efforts of the organization.
• Collaborate with the security team to improve the security posture.
• Promote initiatives to improve our processes and technology.

Requirements

• Substantial experience in a technical leadership role.
• Proven experience with technical process improvement.
• People leadership abilities and interest.
• Mentorship abilities.
• Working knowledge of the iGaming ecosystem is a big plus.
• Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle.
• Great organisational skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude.
• Passionate about technology.
