Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in economics or related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in the banking or financial industry.
• Strong expertise in fund distribution.
• Proven leadership experience with at least 5 years managing teams.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
