Acolin is Europe's leading provider of cross-border fund distribution services, seeking a Head of Business Development & Sales to lead their team in London or Zurich.

In Short

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team.
  • Manage relationships with potential clients and introducers.
  • Drive new business acquisition through networking.
  • Develop strong relationships with industry stakeholders.
  • Accountable for yearly gross new revenue budget.
  • Implement sales initiatives and strategies.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis.
  • Encourage a data-driven approach to sales.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and oversee the sales cycle.
  • Foster an inclusive and results-oriented environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in economics or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in banking or finance, in sales or marketing.
  • Proven experience in sales leadership within Fund Sales or Financial Services.
  • 5+ years of experience leading teams in financial services.
  • Advanced understanding of Fund Distribution.
  • Excellent organizational and team building skills.
  • Fluency in German and/or English; other languages are a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
