Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team.

Requirements
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in economics or related field.
10+ years of experience in banking or finance, in sales or marketing.
Proven experience in sales leadership within Fund Sales or Financial Services.
5+ years of experience leading teams in financial services.
Advanced understanding of Fund Distribution.
Excellent organizational and team building skills.
Fluency in German and/or English; other languages are a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
