With around 100 employees at various locations, Acolin supports over 600 international asset management companies by providing access to a distribution network of more than 3000 banks and institutional investors.

In Short

• Support the compliance and AML functions of Acolin Europe AG.
• Conduct Due-Diligence and Enhanced Due Diligence checks.
• Monitor compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure adherence to statutory diligence obligations.
• Draft relevant reports and assist in procedure development.
• Participate in team meetings and compliance projects.
• Advise employees and clients on compliance matters.
• Conduct and evaluate training sessions.
• Analyze compliance-relevant strategic topics.
• Monitor updates from FATF and sanction lists.

Requirements

• Education in finance or a related field, or a legal/economic degree.
• Initial experience in compliance or due diligence is preferred.
• Interest in laws and regulations in the financial sector.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and work independently.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Enjoyment in training and knowledge transfer.
