Registered Nurse - Telehealth Patient Assessment - Remote

Overview

This position involves conducting patient assessments via phone to determine the needs for incontinence supplies, requiring a valid Michigan RN license.

In Short

• Remote or in-office full-time position.
• Responsible for patient assessments by phone.
• Must have a valid Michigan RN license.
• Complete 20-25 assessments daily with high accuracy.
• Must have your own computer for remote work.
• Participate in after-hours emergency call rotation.
• Education provided to staff and clients regarding products.
• Work hours vary between 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

• 2+ years of nursing experience required.

Requirements

• Current Michigan RN license.
• 2+ years of relevant work experience.
• Strong computer skills and ability to use multiple databases.
• Preferred: 3 years of nursing experience.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and DME.
• Experience with Medicare and Medicaid.
