Overview

We are seeking dedicated Medical Supply Customer Service Representatives to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with patients, doctor's offices, and insurance companies to facilitate the setup of new accounts, resolve issues, obtain prior authorizations, manage prescription refills, and ensure the timely delivery of essential medical supplies to patients in need.
