Medical Biller & Denial Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Medical AR Follow-up & Denial Specialist is responsible for analyzing and resolving insurance claim denials for DME Supplies, generating effective written appeals to carriers to recoup reimbursement on incorrectly denied claims.

Requirements

• Three or more years of DME billing/coding experience.
• Experience with collections of insurance claims.
• Background in Medicare and/or Medicaid.
• Durable Medical Equipment (DME) experience.
• Preferred EDI transmission experience.
• High school diploma or GED diploma.
