The Diabetes Utilization Management Team is looking for experienced Customer Service Representatives to support timely and accurate access to diabetes therapies.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of DME or Utilization Management experience.
• High-quality customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• High school diploma or GED required.
