Senior Engineer, Client Services - Remote

Overview

The Senior Engineer, Client Services will combine technical project implementation responsibilities with remote management support of multiple client networks of various sizes and levels of complexity.

In Short

• Responsible for project design and deployment responsibilities.
• Server troubleshooting and user desktop support.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills required.
• Provides phone support to end users.
• Ensures creation of tickets and escalation to appropriate groups.
• Act as internal escalation point for other Technicians.
• Deliver superior service to customers consistently.
• Produce detailed service reports regularly.
• Provides emergency on-call support on a rotating schedule.
• Travel onsite to client offices as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in a helpdesk role.
• 5+ years’ experience as a network administrator.
• Strong knowledge in Cloud Support and Microsoft 365.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management.
