In Short

• Work remotely supporting a dental practice.
• Answer incoming calls and assist patients with appointments.
• Manage patient emails and online inquiries.
• Verify insurance details and assist with billing queries.

• Work Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm EST.
• Compensation for South African public holidays provided.

Requirements

• Experience in a receptionist or customer service role within healthcare.

• Experience with EHR systems and scheduling software.
