Virtual Receptionist - Remote

Overview

This position is for a virtual receptionist who will handle inbound calls for home services businesses, providing excellent customer service and managing appointment bookings.

In Short

• Handle inbound calls for various home services businesses.
• Represent clients professionally as if working in their office.
• Answer customer inquiries and book appointments using CRM.
• Take detailed call summary notes during conversations.
• Send call summary notes to clients post-call.
• Must have good attention to detail and communication skills.
• Internet speed of at least 40mbps required.
• Computer with Intel3 processor and 8GB RAM required.
• Work 5 days a week, 9 hours a day with breaks.
• Compensation is $600 per month.

Requirements

• BPO experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask effectively.
• Confident communication with clients.
• Experience working from home is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and adapt.
