A global BPO company is seeking a highly organized Virtual Assistant to support a Nursing Practitioner in the Healthcare Sector.

In Short

• Serve as the primary administrative support to the Nursing Practitioner.
• Communicate with patients via phone or WhatsApp.
• Schedule patient appointments, including additional services.
• Manage and organize administrative tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Assist with other general administrative duties as needed.
• Work USA hours from 9am to 6pm EST.
• Must have a fixed fibre line and power backup.
• This role is remote for South African citizens only.
