• Full-Time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant role.
• Active NY NP and RN license required.
• Provide comprehensive and integrative care via telemedicine.
• Flexible schedule with 10 hr or 8 hr virtual days.
• Must work Friday and Saturday each week.

Requirements

• Board certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
• At least 2 years of post-graduate clinical experience.
• Experience in telemedicine and technology.
• Ability to provide primary care and women's health services.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• Strong multi-tasking and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to inclusive healthcare practices.
• Experience with trauma-informed care is a plus.
• Experience in integrative medicine is a plus.
