Overview

Oscar Medical Group is hiring a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Virtual Urgent Care, aiming to refactor healthcare and help members achieve their healthcare goals.

In Short

• Provide medical care virtually (both by phone and message)
• Deliver patient care on Oscar's platform(s)
• Work remotely with a focus on efficiency and quality of care
• Collaborate with MAs, RNs, and other providers
• Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• 10-hour shifts, 4 days a week + every other weekend
• Report to the Medical Director, Virtual Urgent Care
• Must reside in specific states
• Eligible for employee benefits and performance bonuses

Requirements

• DNP, FNP, ENP, or PA from accredited program
• Board Certification (NCCPA or AANP or ANCC)
• Compact RN (for Nurse Practitioners)
• Bilingual (Spanish - read, write, and speak)
• Licensed in Georgia, willing to get licensed in other states
• 3+ years experience in urgent care, ER or outpatient family medicine

• Base pay of $130,000 - $140,000 per year
