ISTA Personnel Solutions South Africa is a global BPO company partnering with a U.S.A Medical Billing Company. We are looking for an experienced Medical Billing Collections Specialist, specifically handling U.S. healthcare insurances such as Medicare and Medicaid.

In Short

• Remote position for South African Citizens only.
• Work hours align with EST, Monday to Friday, from 9am to 6pm EST.
• Responsibilities include patient payment collection and claims review.
• Must have a fixed fibre internet connection with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps.
• Reliable power backup is mandatory due to load shedding.
• Focus on Medicaid processing and billing compliance.
• Engage in client communication and problem resolution.
• Analyze aging reports and manage accounts receivable.
• Utilize billing systems to track payments and document interactions.
• Must comply with HIPAA regulations.
