Collections and Billing Specialist - Remote

Overview

GLOBO is seeking a Collections and Billing Specialist to manage overdue client invoices and maintain strong client relationships while minimizing outstanding receivables.

In Short

• Responsible for researching and resolving overdue client invoice issues.
• Act as the main point of contact for overdue receivables inquiries.
• Develop financial goals and objectives for collections.
• Create and maintain client invoices.
• Monitor and document process problems and suggest solutions.
• Compile financial summaries for accounting departments.
• Maintain professional customer service relationships.
• Support process improvements in billing.
• Assist in monthly close and manage expense reports.
• Work with various accounting software and tools.

Requirements

• Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
• 2-3 years of collections and billing experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Sage Intacct or similar software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to analyze processes and execute improvements.
• Experience in customer service and bookkeeping.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Authorized to work in the USA.
