Overview

The Billing & Collections Specialist is responsible for managing billing processes, collections, and financial reporting in a remote part-time capacity.

In Short

• Generate and send invoices through QuickBooks.
• Maintain accurate billing records and update customer payment statuses in HubSpot.
• Process adjustments, refunds, and account reconciliations.
• Follow up on overdue payments and manage collection efforts.
• Send reminders and communicate with customers regarding outstanding invoices.
• Ensure collections processes align with company policies.
• Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate financial records.
• Generate reports on collections and outstanding balances.
• Strong understanding of billing, collections, and financial reconciliation.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for financial reporting.
