Overview

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Billing and Collection Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of billing operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.

• Generate and distribute customer invoices, ensuring accurate pricing and compliance.
• Manage accounts receivable and cash reconciliation.
• Monitor and track accounts receivable balances and collections.
• Conduct phone calls to clients with outstanding balances.
• Perform bad debt risk assessment.
• Generate reports on billing and collection performance.
• Conduct analysis for process improvements.
• Perform periodic reviews for revenue recognition.
• Develop strong relationships with key customers.
• Support global cash flow forecast processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA – advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent English proficiency.
• At least 5 years of experience in collection or billing operations.
• Proficiency with billing processes and software.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Experience in the fintech and payment processing industry.
