This is a Corporate Contract Role - all applicants must be located outside of the United States.

In Short

  • Facilitate intake calls and provide customer service support.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
  • Experience with call center software and scheduling tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Experience with Google Docs and Apple/Mac OS preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives and projects.
  • Must work in a private workspace to comply with HIPAA.
  • Authorized to work for any employer in the USA.
  • Willingness to submit to background checks.
  • Strong sense of service and passion for the company.
