Overview

The Internal Recruiter Assistant will assist the recruitment team and play a crucial role in the recruitment process by efficiently reviewing resumes to identify qualified candidates in the Healthcare Sector.

In Short

• Assist the recruitment team in the healthcare sector.

• Book online interviews with potential candidates.
• Screen around 300 CVs per week.
• Work hours are PST/MST (6pm - 3am South African time).
• Remote role for South African citizens only.
• Fixed fibre line with minimum 25 Mbps speed required.
• Reliable power backup solution is mandatory.
• This is not a commission-paying role.

Requirements

• Experience in recruitment or HR.
• Ability to screen resumes effectively.
• Strong communication skills for conducting interviews.
• Familiarity with the healthcare sector is a plus.
• Must have a fixed fibre internet connection.
• Must have a reliable power backup solution.
• Ability to work during specified hours.
