In Short

• Remote role for South African Citizens only
• Manage a shared email inbox used by the internal team
• Review incoming emails from external lending companies
• Route emails to the correct brokers internally
• Log relevant information into internal systems or databases
• Ensure follow-ups and responses with internal contacts
• No external email communication or customer voice interaction
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 18:00pm EST
• Internet and power backup requirements mandatory
• Attention to detail is crucial

Requirements

• Must be a South African Citizen
• Fixed fibre internet line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps
• Wired Ethernet connectivity is mandatory
• Reliable backup solution for power outages required
• Strong attention to detail
