Overview

We are looking for a talented Business Development Manager to become a key member of our Sales team, owning the sales process and matching Isla with Trusts across the NHS.

In Short

  • Full-time role for 40 contracted hours per week.
  • Salary range of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum + uncapped commission.
  • Hybrid team based throughout the UK with flexibility to work outside the UK for up to 90 days a year.
  • Must live permanently in the UK and travel to London quarterly.
  • Own the sales process across all stages of the pipeline.
  • Consultative approach to solve complex clinical challenges.
  • Work closely with Delivery and Product Teams.
  • Report to the Director of Partnerships.
  • Build long-lasting relationships across organizations.
  • Focus on analytical and commercial thinking.

Requirements

  • Experience in business development or sales.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to think critically and tackle complex problems.
  • Analytical mindset for evaluating solutions.
  • Familiarity with healthcare systems, especially NHS.
  • Motivated and ambitious individual.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teams.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Experience with cloud-based platforms is a plus.
