Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of successful sales experience, preferably in medical device or healthcare technology.
• Experience in cardiology and electrophysiology is highly preferred.
• Proven track record in capturing market share and launching new products.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with business acumen.
• Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems is preferred.
• Willingness to travel approximately 4.5 days per week.
• Ability to navigate complex healthcare environments.
• Strong strategic planning skills.
