Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to grow and develop the South Eastern territory of the United States for IRCA Group, a global leader in high-quality food ingredient production.

In Short

  • Home-based position in or near Texas, Georgia, or Florida.
  • Promote gourmet products to regional distribution partners.
  • Travel to meet distribution partners in the South Eastern regions of the US.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
  • Manage existing customer accounts and build new relationships.
  • Prepare sales reports and analyze sales data for performance insights.
  • Plan annual sales budget and coordinate with other departments.
  • Attend industry trade shows several times annually.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and new products.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5+ years sales experience in food distribution or related fields.
  • Experience with gourmet snacking or bakery ingredient sales.
  • Ability to lead customer sales meetings and forecast inventory needs.
  • Flexible schedule with significant travel (approximately 50%).
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, or related field.
  • Demonstrate sound interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
  • Independent worker with a balanced team spirit.
