Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of restaurant management experience.
• 7 years at Area Supervisor or Director level required.
• 4-year degree in Business or related field preferred.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Expertise in strategic planning and performance initiatives.
• Experience in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Proven data analysis and decision-making skills.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of financial metrics.
• Excellent planning and execution skills.
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
