The Senior Manager - Existing Restaurant Assets plays a critical leadership role within Inspire Brands’ Real Estate team, responsible for protecting and enhancing the value of a defined portfolio of existing real estate assets.

• Lead and mentor a team of two Asset Managers.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in asset management or real estate.
• Proven experience negotiating leases and extensions.
• Strong financial acumen.
• Ability to communicate with senior leadership.
• Demonstrated leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Real Estate, or Finance.
