Asset Manager - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Asset Manager to become a member of the team that manages surveillance and decisioning pertaining to loss mitigation, foreclosure, bankruptcy, litigation and REOs.

In Short

• Act as a primary point of contact with servicers and external counsel.
• Work in partnership with servicers to develop tools and processes that achieve desired outcomes.
• Lead monthly servicer portfolio review meetings and ensure effective communication.
• Develop and implement performance metrics, dashboards, and reporting to guide decision-making.
• Ensure timely and compliant servicer actions; proactively address delays and inefficiencies.
• Review and redesign processes to improve consistency.
• Identify risks in legal or servicing processes and implement long-term solutions.
• Build scalable frameworks for efficient asset management execution.
• Strong analytical skills; comfortable interpreting data.
• Passion for building and refining processes in evolving environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in asset management or servicing oversight.
• Expertise in loss mitigation, foreclosure, bankruptcy, REO and litigation practices.
• Advanced Excel skills required; SQL proficiency preferred.
• Experience working with third-party servicers and cross-functional teams.
