Asset Manager - Remote

Overview

As an Asset Manager for a specialized section within the Command Post Modernization (CPMod) program, you will leverage your expertise to provide comprehensive oversight of the equipment ordering process for this critical initiative.

In Short

• Manage the lifecycle of mission-critical assets from procurement through deployment.
• Develop and maintain robust tracking systems for equipment ordering.
• Facilitate equipment requests and monitor progress.
• Coordinate with engineers, logisticians, and procurement teams.
• Ensure compliance with DoD policies and regulations.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation including purchase orders and invoices.
• Develop actionable reports on equipment status.
• Optimize the equipment ordering process for operational efficiency.
• Serve as the subject matter expert on equipment ordering.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Experience in DoD asset management or procurement.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems.
• Experience with asset lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of DoD policies and regulations.
• Must possess a Secret clearance.
• HS diploma or GED required.
• Project Management Certification is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
