Loan Set-up Coordinator (Underwriting) - Remote

Overview

The Loan Set-up Coordinator will work directly with our correspondent sellers and internal staff, managing assigned tasks and finding solutions in a fast-paced correspondent acquisition environment.

In Short

• Provide initial review and data entry of loan credit documents.
• Review data for accuracy and correct as necessary.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance processes.
• Handle inquiries from internal and external sources.
• Maintain pipeline and SLA requirements.
• Validate and correct data received from third parties.
• Identify issues in documents to assist teams.
• Meet daily review requirements as set by management.
• Perform additional related duties as assigned.
• Demonstrate strong ethics and accountability in work.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years processing experience.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to review loan documents accurately.
• Ability to identify missing requirements for loans.
• Adaptability to process changes.
• High attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Proficient in Windows and Adobe Applications.
• Strong judgment and decision-making ability.
