Overview

The Technical Underwriting Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the Technical Risk & Underwriting team by reviewing builder performance and coordinating various administrative tasks related to underwriting processes.

In Short

  • Full-time position on a 12-month contract.
  • Hybrid work model: 2 days in the office, 3 days remote.
  • Location: Toronto, Ontario.
  • Support the preparation and review of builder performance reports.
  • Coordinate builder interviews and site visits.
  • Manage administrative tasks and documentation.
  • Utilize Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong emphasis on customer service and communication skills.
  • Must have a valid Class ‘G’ driver’s license.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and teamwork.

Requirements

  • Community college diploma or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years of customer service and administrative experience.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • General knowledge of Ontario New Home Warranties Plan Act.
  • Interest in continuous learning.
  • Ability to work both in teams and independently.
  • Reliable transportation is essential.
