Technical Training Coordinator - Remote

Overview

The Technical Training Coordinator role involves providing a full range of coordination and administrative support of Technical Training delivery for the 3rd Party Sales Transfer project. The role will be instrumental in designing the training and implementing the training plan for knowledge transfer and upskilling of the sales force in preparation of the transfer of order placement on sales subsidiaries from factories.

In Short

• Provide a quality and accurate service to key sponsors and stakeholders.
• Provide administrative support for the development and delivery of training.
• Identify skills gaps that need to be addressed for each location.
• Build relationships with Subject Matter Experts and Product Managers.
• Generate surveys and analyze data using Microsoft Forms and/or eLearning tools.
• Create eLearning material based on provided content.
• Ensure training is inclusive and accessible.
• Use various technical media for training delivery.
• Create and maintain training delivery plans.
• Coordinate and administer technical training courses.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Previous office-based training administration experience.
• Experience in using learning management systems (LMS).
• Experience in developing training material including digital eLearning content.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work across diverse cultural backgrounds.
