Underwriting Liaison - Remote

Overview

The Underwriting Liaison will support the TPO client by coordinating and managing loan conditions, acting as the primary liaison and subject matter expert between underwriting and the TPO client, facilitating seamless workflow and minimizing delays.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in mortgage originations.
• Familiarity with mortgage loan guidelines and documentation.
• Non-Agency / non-QM experience required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and loan origination systems.
• Team-oriented mindset.
