Requirements

• 6+ years of commercial underwriting experience.
• 2+ years of team management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field preferred.
• Insurance designations (CIP/CAIB, CRM, FCIP) are assets.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Excel.
• Experience with Zendesk, Slack, and Salesforce is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong collaboration and leadership abilities.
